We do our best to ship your order within a few days. 

 If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us so that we can make your order a priority.

 We ship worldwide!

 International orders will be shipped via Bulgarian post with registered mail!   All items are shipped 3-7 business days after received payment, except for made to order items which take up to 2 weeks.On some orders (when you have purchased more than two items), the site will undercharge you for international shipping. In this case, We will contact you to let you know your additional shipping charges.

The packages are delivered to you via Bulgarian Post partners in your country- USPS for US, Canada Post for Canada, Australia Post for Australia, Royal Mail for UK, etc. We send all items with tracking number and the delivery requires a signature. If you are not at home the postman will leave a note to you to contact the post office. 

Delivery usually takes:
Europe: 10-15 business days
USA: 15-20 business days 
Canada: 15-20 business days 
Australia and everywhere else: 15-30 business days. 

Please be patient as it usually depends on the work of customs!

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for any customs charges that may occur upon receiving an item in your country. Customs taxes, if any, are solely a buyer`s responsibility.

Packaging


We package every order carefully.
If an item reaches you in a damaged condition We will re-send it to you or exchange it for a similar item of equal value. We do require photographs of the damaged item.
